At Smartify, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused.
- The item remains sealed and unopened.
- The item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or unsealed products.
- Used products.
- Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.
- Customized or personalized products.
Any item returned that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or error.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Return Process
To request a return, contact us at millionairemotives6@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do not send items back without receiving return authorization from us.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
